Our Motto & Colours

S.A.V.E.R./N.A.V.E.R. is a non political and non sectarian organisation that was established in 2000 to bring relief to victims of the troubles in South, North Armagh and Mid-Ulster, who are suffering from hardship or distress.

The group is managed by a committee who meet on a regular basis to offer help and support to each other, to remove fear and restore confidence.

The colours of the S.A.V.E.R./N.A.V.E.R. symbol represent:

Red for Blood

Black for Death

Gold for A Brighter Future

Our motto is represented by the three R's which are present in the S.A.V.E.R./N.A.V.E.R. symbol:

• Remembrance: We will remember those who lost their lives as a result of the troubles in Northern Ireland

• Recognition: We will give recognition to those who have suffered so much as a result of the troubles

• Respect: We will give respect to those who have felt abandoned and alone in their sufferings
