Fundraising Musical Evening in Hillsborough Castle

The event was sponsored by the Armagh City & District Council, Craigavon Borough Council as well as The Newry & Mourne District Council, local businesses and individual friends of the group.

SAVER/NAVER wish to thank all individuals for their support and generosity towards this event.

SAVER/NAVER was delighted to welcome amongst our guests Sir Kenneth and Lady Bloomfield, our MPs, MLAs, Councillors and joint secretariat.

The event was presented by Dr Ian Adamson,OBE historian who set the scene and enthralled everyone with his wit and knowledge.

The Portadown Male Voice Choir led us through a diverse repertoire of various styles of music from classical to spiritual as well as songs from some of the most famous musicals worldwide, such as Les Misetables

Moya Brennan, known as the First Lady of Celtic music, and formerly of the internationally known band Clannad enchanted us with her whispered tones and the beauty of her music touched everyone present.

SAVER/NAVER is very grateful for all the support received by Dr Adamson, the Portadown Male Voice Choir and Moya Brennan who readily offered their support and made our Musical evening a great success.
